Annabelle has over 20 years of experience in all facets of Human Resources.  She specializes in compensation and benefit strategies, design and implementation.  Annabelle has HR industry experience working for manufacturing, hospitality, mining, and an international Fortune 500 company, which also exposed her to expatriate compensation.  While working at one of the largest Community Action Partnerships in the nation she focused on challenges and solutions in the non-profit arena geared towards staying competitive and relative in an ever changing workplace.

Throughout her time working at one of the largest Community Action Agencies in the nation, Vanessa gained expertise through most aspects of Human Resources. Her specializations are in compensation management, data systems administration, and data analytics. In her more than 13 years of HR experience she has worked closely with managers to provide guidance on job classifications and administered various compensation programs. Whenever she is approaching a complex project or task, she is constantly striving to provide simple, elegant, and innovative solutions. Vanessa believes in the power of strong data and applying that information to everyday work.

Michael A. Garcia, SHRM-CP, PHR

Michael has more than 40-years’ experience at all levels of the Human
Resource profession. His background includes HR management work in the
poultry industry, light manufacturing and most recently, the last 20
years in the nonprofit world, working for one of the nations largest
community action partnerships. He specializes in executive leadership, employee
relations, administrative compliance with California and federal HR law,
performance management, training and development and much more. He
believes ethical and honest engagements with all people is the
foundation for a healthy, well-run, and successful organization.
